Third Biannual Kidpreneur Expo Aims to Empower Georgia’s Youth Owned Businesses
Alpharetta, GA – The Masani Network, LLC, in partnership with Young & Gifted Kidpreneur and Delta Community Credit Union, is proud to announce the third biannual Kidpreneur Expo, taking place on April 29th, 2023, from 11 am to 3 pm EST at the Phase Family Center in Alpharetta, GA. The expo aims to empower Georgia’s youth-owned businesses by providing them with the opportunity to showcase their products and services to a wider audience.
The Kidpreneur Expo is a family event, and all are welcome to attend. The event gives youth in grades K-12 the opportunity to sell their products or services to the community, while marketing their business. The purpose of the event is to bring together Georgian kidpreneurs and the community that supports them.
“We are excited to partner with Delta Community Credit Union to bring the Kidpreneur Expo to Alpharetta,” said founder Isoke M. Mitchell. “Our goal is to provide young entrepreneurs with the tools and resources they need to succeed, and we believe that this event is a great way to do that.”
Presented by Delta Community Credit Union, the event will feature workshops and panel discussions that cover topics such as marketing, financial management, and leadership. The expo will also include a business competition where young entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to pitch their business ideas to a panel of judges. The top three winners will receive cash prizes to help further develop their businesses.
Vending is open to students grades K-12. Interested parties can pre-register and receive an email with further instructions on submitting their application. If accepted, each exhibiting kidpreneur is responsible for setup, sales, and customer interaction and will be entered into the business competition for a chance to win up to $200.
