She continues, “One year I decided to go against the grain of traditional Thanksgiving recipes and instead cook up a delicious Hawaiian spread that included traditional Hawaiian food, local favorites, and twists on classic Thanksgiving recipes. Needless to say, it was one of the best Thanksgiving meals I’ve ever had.”
