Standup comedian helps local businesses during a pandemic
Apr 1, 2021 – Hoozay is a Los Angeles based standup comedian, Voice over actor, and digital content creator. He is the son of Salvadoran immigrants and started performing stand-up Comedy at the age of 19.
He is part of Tiktoks Latinx Digital content creators and he uses his platform to entertain and educate people about his Salvadoran culture using his brand of comedy.
Hoozay’s current project is highlighting the Salvadoran community especially restaurants affected by Covid.
He started the hashtag #hoozaysfoodtour and started using his platform on TikTok and Instagram reels to create videos highlighting some of his favorite foods inspired by his Salvadoran culture. He takes his parents with and they help him make funny and exciting content using his unique brand of humor.
His videos are currently getting Millions of views and driving people to the restaurants he features.
